Mackenzie McKee is adding balance to her growing family!
On the May 8 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter, the 30-year-old reality star hosted a special gender reveal for her twin babies. Surrounded by family and friends, including her three children—Broncs, 7, Jaxie, 10, and Gannon, 13—Mackenzie and her fiancé, Khesanio Hall, learned they are expecting two more girls.
The joyful moment took place at a “Goals or Bows”-themed celebration. Khesanio kicked soccer balls filled with colorful smoke, revealing the baby girls on the way.
In a recent Instagram Q&A on April 8, Mackenzie shared updates about her pregnancy. One fan asked if the twins would be born in August. Mackenzie, who previously carried her other children to 36-37 weeks, explained, “I’d love to try and make it past next month into June. My goal is 32-34 weeks.”
Fans also inquired about her diabetes management during the pregnancy. Mackenzie, who has been preparing her body for IVF and pregnancy while managing her A1C, shared her progress. “This pregnancy is unlike the last three,” she said. “I have an insulin pump and Dexcom, along with a great diabetic care team. My sugars are great, and the babies are healthy and growing perfectly.”
Mackenzie and Khesanio got engaged in June 2024. Reflecting on their relationship, Mackenzie told PEOPLE, “My kids are raised by Khes. He is security for all of us. He’s the hero who came to our rescue. I love how he loves them.” She added, “It’s not just a stepdad relationship; it’s a deep, true love. I know my kids wouldn’t want life any other way than for Khes to be part of it forever.”
